Participating in our Giving Tuesday Fundraiser will allow us to continue creating a safe space to take care of cats. It will give us the ability to purchase the necessary equipment to build out our surgical suite. Having this space built out at our own facility gives us the ability to take in injured animals that we would otherwise have turned away due to limited surgical spots available at our vet office.

Opening Ceremonies

Let's kick off the 24 hour lock-in! Join us for our "Opening Ceremonies" while Chris and Shelly give you a rundown of what to expect over the next 24 hours. You will take a tour of our building where you will get to see all the ins and outs and even the off-limits staff only area along with our surgical suite so if you’re into spying on us, this hour is for you.

Nates and Whales

A little behind the scenes for medical and cat intake protocols. Each week we weigh every cat in our lounge and trim their nails. Follow along as Cat and Amanda try not to take a claw to the eyeball on camera and explain why this is important. They will also share what happens on Tuesday's and Wednesday's when we are closed to the public. 

Christine will also descend from her throne and share how our lounge flow works week to week and what happens on Tuesday and Wednesday for her as it relates to adoptions.

Confessional Hour

It's Confessional time, MTV Real World/The Bachelor/Big Brother style. Sit down with each staff member as they spill their secrets or just how they came to work at the Cade and how they really feel about this lock-in. Will someone cry? Throw something. Let’s find out.

Watch as we smash food into our faces and talk about our most memorable cats that have had an impact on us throughout the years.

WW2 Hour

It's time for Chris and Mollie to reenact the history of WW2 with cat toys while navigating cats in the lounge.

Chris will talk about the importance of social media within the rescue world. Plus see behind the scenes with Elle making a Catcade TikTok (we will be dancing and it will probably be bad!).

Catcade Q & A Hour

We will be answering your pre-submitted questions (sorry no live questions). While we have dinner as a group we will give you the answers to everything you have ever wanted or not wanted to know about The Catcade.

Cat Treat Race

Wait, is that even legal? Let's find out. Let’s experiment together and see which cats are quick enough to nab the treats.

It's almost time for bed, and we're checking in for the night. Listen to each of us chat and totally not complain about what we would be doing if we were not locked in and what are we sacrificing in order to be here helping raise money for the cats.
